  • Mitsubishi PLC and Transducer are the electrical components that are imported from Japan.

  • Effectively tolerating active shaft, which is of superior class No. 45 carbon defined steel that is 72mm hard.

  • No.45 molded corrosion proof steel roller that is CNC processed and covered with hard chrome of 0.05mm.

  • Cutter blade is molded with Cr12 steel, which is treated by quenching method.

  • Shaft are accurately formed by grinding machinery minimum twice.

Essential elements of roof sheet bending machine:

Our company uses 480 inches of container for packing single set machine with decoiler. Basic body structure and decoiler is fastened bare to the container with steel cable. Whereas, operating devices and additional parts are loaded in the tooling box.

Customers receive their orders after around 50days as we make transit of an order when we receive payment from their end.

The available terms of trade are C&F, FOB and CIF.
